This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through XFC (xfc.world).
Tickets
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or can no longer attend.
If an event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Payments and Refunds
Any issues relating to payments or refund requests are handled at the sole discretion of XFC. Refund decisions beyond event cancellation are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
